    "ocrText": "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA\nIn the Superior Court of the County of Los Angeles\nIn the matter of the application of\nThomas To be admitted a citizen of the United States,\nCounty of Los Angeles-SS.\nOERIOATE OF CITIZENSHIP\nCounty of Los Angeles\nss.\nCounty of Los Angeles\nState of California.\nS\n}\nss.\nState of California.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA\nThomas C.m.Elmy being duly sworn,\non oath says:\nCharles H Humphrays\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA\nThat he has resided in the United States for more than five years last past, and\nCOUNTY OF Los ANGELES\nin said State for more than one year last past; and that during all of said five\nand\nyears last past he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the\nof said county, being duly sworn, on oath, say s that\nhe\nis\nwell\nThe 3t Remembered, That on the\n23rd\nday of\nprinciples of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed toward the\nacquainted with the above named Thomas m.Elay\nSept\nin the year of our Lord, one thousand nine\ngood order and happiness of the same; that he does not disbelieve in, nor is he\nhundred and fire\nopposed to all organized government, nor is he affiliated with any organization\nha been so acquainted with him for five years last past, and that said\nCanada\nThomas C. mcElny. formerly of\nand\nat present of the State of California,\nentertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized govern-\nThomas C. m.Elmy has continually resided within\nthe\naforesaid, appeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, the said\nCourt being a Court of Record, having common law jurisdiction, and a Clerk\nment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity or propriety of the\nlimits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America, for five years\nand Seal, and applied to the said Court to be admitted to become a\nunlawful assaulting or killing of an officer or officers, either of specific indi-\nlast past, and for one year last past within the State of California, and that\nCITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES\nviduals or of officers generally, of the government of the United States or of\nduring said time he has behaved himself as a man of good moral character,\npursuant to the directions and requisitions of the Act of Congress of the\nany other organized government because of his or their official character.\nattached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well\nUnited States of America, entitled \"An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of\nNaturalization, and to Repeal the Acts Heretofore Passed on that Subject,\" and\ndisposed to the good order and happiness of the same, and has behaved as a\nSubscribed and sworn to me,\nbefore\nof the several Acts in relation thereto,\nthis 23rd\nday of\nperson not disbelieving in nor as being opposed to all organized government,\nAnd the said Thomas O.meEley having thereupon\nSept\n, 1905\nnor has he been, to the knowledge of the affiant\n, affiliated with any organi-\nproduced to the Court such evidence, made such declaration and renunication\nC. G. KEYES, Clerk.\nand taken such oaths as are by said Act required, and the affidavits of the said\nBy B.Woon Deputy Clerk.\nzation entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized\nThemas C. mcElmy and of his witnesses,\nhaving\nbeen\nmade\ngovernment, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of\nand recorded in the records of\\this Court, reciting and affirming the truth of\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nthe unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific\nevery material fact requisite for naturalization, as required by an Act of Con-\nss.\nCounty of Los Angeles.\ngress of the United States of America, entitled, \"An Act to Regulate the\nindividuals or of officers generally of the government of the United States, or\nImmigration of the Aliens into the United States.\" Approved, March 3rd, 1903;\nI Thomas O.m-Elay do solemnly swear that\nI\nof any organized government, because of his or their official character.\nthereupon it was ordered by the said Superior Court of the County of Los\nwill support the Constitution of the United States, and I do absolutely aud\nAugeles, that the said Thomas C. mcElmy be admitted, and\nentirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to all and every foreign\nhe was accordingly admitted by the said Court to be a citizen of the United\nStates of America.\nPrince, Potentate, State or Sovereiguty whatever, and particularly to\nEdward VII, King of Great Britain\n3ut Whereuf, the seal of said Court is hereunto affixed, this\nSubscribed and sworn to before me\n23rd\nday of Sept\nin the year\nThomas b the they\nthis\n23nd\nday of\nof our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fire and in the year of our\nSept\n190.5\nSubscribed and sworn to in open Court, this 23-4\nindependence the one hundred and thirtieth\nday of Pept:\nbefore me.\nC.
