that he emigrated thence, embarked at Quenston
years, and owns allegiance to Qusen of England
and arrived

in the United States, on the 16th day of September
1887 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the
United States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty
whatever, and particularly to Victoria Lound Eng land.
