D. 188.9, personally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los langeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nFreddings meyn\nan align, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of\nGennersy\naged\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Breamm\n52 years, and owng allegiance to the Empire of Heming\nand arrived\nat new Orland.\nin the United States, on the\nday of November\n1852 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to the Empora of Germany\nMyer\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this 27\nday\nof november\n188\nIn Gestimony I, 6 Hwemomoon\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL.\nof Morans bar\nOfficial Seal, this 29th\nday\n1889\nH Dursonson\nClerk.\nBy Huntry\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF.
