D. 188 a personally\nGerman Blanshard\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing sworn,\nduly on oath declares that he is a native of France\nthat aged he emigrated 59 thence, years, embarked and at owns Harn allegiance to the Republic of France\nand arrived\nat New Orleand.\nin the United States, on the\nday of\n18% 0, and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to the republic of France\n1\nGerminis Manches\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this\n30th\nday\nIn Gesthony\nJanuary Whereof, to H.
