D. 189(pepsonally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof\nEmile Varles\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of\naged 33,\nyears, and owns allegiance to Ripublic effrance\nfrance\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Haviz\nat new York\nand arrived\nmy\nin the United States, on the\nday of July\nand that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to revounce all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever,\nand particularly to Republic of France\nlimile Varlet\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this\n23 day\nof april 1890\n9n Testimony I,\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL\nOfficial Seal, this\n23,\nday\nof april 1990\nBy Jam Sumemoon H.
