D. 1887 , personally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nEllis Benges\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being\nduly sworn, on oath declares that heis a native of France\naged 32\nyears, and owes allegiance to Republic of France\nthat emigrated embarked at Paris\nhe thence,\nand arrived\nat Dan trancises\nin the United States, on the\n2\nday of January\n188/ , and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United\nStates, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever,\nand particularly to\nRepublic of Grances\nEllis Georges.\nG\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me this\n22ng day\nof Oct\n1887.\nan Cestimong Whereof, I\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nOfficial Seal, this\n22mm\nday\nof Oct\n1887\nClerk.\nBy Lg Thompson\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nss.\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nit That on the\n2th\nday of Out\nA.
