Gennany\naged 31.\nthat\nhe emigrated thence, embarked at Antump\nyears, and owns allegiance to William II Empers of Germany\nat (Philadelphin\nand arrived\nin the United States, on the\nday of\nDecembn.\n1879 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in and become a Citizen of the\nwhatever, and particularly to William 11 Emperorol Germany\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Brince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nStra\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this 16.\nday\nof Sept 1890\n9n Testimony Whereof, I, J.M.
