reports himself for Naturalization, and being
sworn, on bath declares that he is a native of

years, and owes allegiance to Emper of hurmany
that he emigrated thence, embarked at altwerp
and arrived

1884, and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United
