D. 188 personally so\nappepred in the Supersior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nCharles Geffe\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being\nduly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Germany\naged 21\nyears, and owes allegiance to\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at\nBremen\nand arrived\nat\nnew York\nin the United States, on the\nday of Sept\n188 D, and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United\nand particularly to Emperard or Sovereignty\nStates, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate whatever,\nChas goffe\nSeal\nSubscribed and Sworn to before met this\nday\nin Cestimong I lo 1887.\nof Das\nClerk of said Superior Court, eunto set my hand and\nOfficial Seal, this\nyrs\nday\nof Dac\nle Kentennonism Clerk.\n1887.\nBy P.
