    "ocrText": "DECLARATION OF INTENTION\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\n88.\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nS\nde It anown, That on the\n4\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk\nday of thereof, Own M. mathew 1888 ,\nD. personally\nVaughn Roberts\napp\nan glien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being\nduly swoun, on a\n30 oath declares that he is native of England\naged\nyears, and allegiance to Viatoria\ndul\nowes\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Leverpool\nage\nand arrived\nat Portslurm\nin the United States, on the 20\nday of October\ntha\nat,\n188 2 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United\nStates, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Forejan Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever,\nand\nparticularly to Veatoria Tummol England\nStar\nand\nOwen mathew Raughan Roberts\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me this\n4\nday\nan\nof June\n1880\nI\nSeal\nClerk of said Superior County hereunto set my hand and\nbecause\nOfficial Seal, this\nfourth\nday\nof June 1888\nClerk.\nBy\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nss.\nSTA\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nit That on the\n5\nappeared\nday June of\npersonally\nBe in the anown, Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof, Birth Deare\nappear\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and being\nduly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Germany\naged\n35 years, and owes allegiance to\nafed\nthat embarked at Bremih\nand arrived\nat new york he emigrated thence, in the United States, the 02 day June of\nthat he\non\nat\n1869\n&\nand that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the United\nStates, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever,\nStates,\nand particularly to Emperor Bermany\nand pa\nBentha Isaal\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me this\n5\nday\nJune\n1885\nan I\na N\nSeal\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nOfficial this\nday\nof June\nClern\nDeputy"
