D. 188 8, pezsonally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerte thereof; Daniel malkin\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Sarbband\naged\n39\nyears, and owns allegiance to guen Victoria of great\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at\nRiverpoof\nand arrived\nat niagarn Fall in the United States, on the 20th day of July\n1886, and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign, Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to Queen Victoria of Great Sritinm\nsun crased\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this\nZrd\nday\nof Oct\n188 8.\nIn\nGestimony Whereof, I, Hombmoon\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL.\nof Official Oct Seal, this 35\nday\n1885\nBy H.P Lewry\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nfor\nss.\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nRe it Hoown, That on the\n3rd\nday of Oct A.
