D. 188P, peraonally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof, Berthatrilluus\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath a\ndeclares that he is native of, Hermany\naged 61\nyears, and owns allegiance to the Emporen of Germany\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at, Hambury\nand arrived\nat new Orleans\nin the United States, on the 22\nday of Guby\n188%, and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to, the Em period Germany\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this 10th\nday\nof Oct\n188F.\nIn Gestimony I,\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL.\nOfficial Seal, this\n10th\nday\nof.
