D.\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nFuederitis Moller\nan alien, and reports himself for Vaturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of Germany\naged 43\nyears, and owns allegiance to the Compess of Germany\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Hamiling\nand arriued\nat\n1841 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a of the\nin the United States, on the 29th day of auguss ush\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to the Emperor of Deimaning\nFriedrich miller\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this\nPoth day\nof april\n1889.\nIn Gestimony Whereof, I, CHAlinson\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL.\nOfficial Seal, this\n10th\nday\nof april\n1889.\nb It Dynemor\nClerk.\nBy A.B Ahitawy\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nas.\nBe it Foown, / 5th\nThat on the\nday of april\nA.
