D.\nBennant Calleghan\nappeared in the Superto Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nan alipp, and reports himself for Naturalisation, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath that he is a native of. Ireland\naged 28\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Londondery\nyears, and owns Alegiance to Viltona durenof England\nand arrived\nat Newyonb\n1887 and that in the United States, on the 4th day July of\nit is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to Jeven of England\nBernard ballaghan\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this 23d. day\nof apart\n1889.\nIn Gestimony Wibereof, I,\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nbitthing\nSEAL.\nOfficial Segl, this 234\nday\nof April\n1889.\n6\nClerk.\nBy\nSeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA,\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nHe it Hoown, That on the\n23d\nday of april\nA.
