D. 2839 personally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof,\nblaus. Himieh Koek\nan onen, and reports himself for Waturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of\naged 36,\nthat he émigrated thence, embarked at Hamburg\nyears, and owns al legiance to the Emperor of Germany\nand arrived\nat newYork\nin the United States, on the 14th\nday of\nApril\n1889 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Citizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce all allegiance and Fidelity tor every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty\nwhatever, and particularly to the empires of Germany\nWlaus Hinvich Roch\nSubscribed and Sworn to before me, this!!! 10th\nday\nof. may\n1889\nIn Gestimony Whereof, I,\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nSEAL.\nOfficial Seal, this\nto th\nday\nof. may\n1889\nb HDynemoon Clerlo.\na\nBy\naB inthiney\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION.\nUNITED STATES OF AMERICA.\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA\nCOUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.\nBe it Frown, That on the\n11\nday\nof may A.
