D 189.9 personally\nappeared in the Superior Courtef Los Angeles County, before the thereof\nbeing Jamesh duly sivorn, Difussi that he is\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\non oath declares a native of.\nIt aly\naged\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Haon\n47\nyears, and owns allegiance to. the King of Italy\nand arrived\nat newyork\nin on\nthe United States, the 213 day of novembe\n1866 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a Oitizen of the\nUnited States, and to renounce and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, (Potentate, State or Sovereignty what-\never,\nand particularly to he King of Italy\nJasonk Difessir 21\nSubscribed and swoph to before me, this\nday\nof.
