D. 190° 1904\npersonally appeared in the\nSuperior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof, adolph Toyen\nan\nalien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and, being duly sworn, on oath declares that he isia native\nBelgium\nof\naged 64\nyears, and owes allegiance\nto\nKing of Belgium\nthat\nhe emigrated thence, embarked at\nantwerp\nand arrived\nX\nat. newyork in the United States, on the day of May 1853\nand that it is bona fide his intention to reside in and become a eitinen of the United States, and to renounce\nall allegiance and fidelity to every foreign prince, petantate. state or/ sovereignty whatever, and particularly to\nRugol Belgeum\nAddelph Foyen\nSubscribed and sworn to before me this 13 day of DE\n1904\nIn Testimony Uhereof J, C.
