D: 189s personally\napuegyed in the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, before the Clerk thereof\nPhilip batting\nS\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oath declares that he is a native of\naged 40 years, and owns allegiance to the Refublic of Switzulard\nthat he emigrated thence, embarked at Have\nand arrived\nat new York\nin the United States, on the\n1\nday June 100 1876\nand that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in and become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce\nall allegiance and fidelity to every Foreign Prince, Potentate or Sovereignty whatever and particularly to\nthe Repubic of Sivilard\nPhilip Seatting 21 st\nSubscribed and Sworn tp before me, this\nday\nJuly 1900 100:\nIn\nTestimony Uhereof, I, C.M.Bell\nMAL\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and\nofficial seal, this 21 day of July\n10 CENT I.
