D. 190 personally\nappeared in the Superior Court of Los Angels County, before the Clerk thereof\nDavid John Takehogan\nan alien, and reports himself for Naturalization, and\nbeing duly sworn, on oant declares that he is a native\nof\naged\n34\nyears, and owns\nName to the sultan of Turky\nTurky\nthat be igrated thence, embarked at\nand arrived\nat\nBeverope in the United States, on\nthe\n1st day of\nnor.\n895 and that it is Bona Fide his intention to reside in, and become a citizen\nof the United States, wnd to rengunce all allegiance and fictority to every Foreign Prince, Potentaie, State or Sovereignty whatever, and\nparticularly to the Suttan of Turkey\nSubscribed and sworn to bafore me, this\nDre\nday\nof\n190 3\nIn Testimony Whereof, I.\n09.Keyes\nSEAL\nClerk of said Superior Court, hereunto set my hand and Official Seal, this\nare\n19th\nday of\n190.3\nDEYES, Clerk.\nBy\nDeputy.\nDECLARATION OF INTENTION\nUnited States of America\nState of California,\nes.\nCounty of gos Angelee.\nBe it Known, That on the\n19th\nday of.\nDec\nA.
