I am attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and it is my intention to become ettizen of the United States and to rehounce absolutely and foreger all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or to Edmard VII United Keng of Great sovereignty, and particularly permanently in the States. of which at this time I am a subject, and it is my intention to reside Minth. I am able to speak the English language.
