NOTICE.
This volume of petitions for naturalization has been prepared for the
purpose of admitting of the declaration of intention being pasted to the
small sheet or guard in front of the petition. The declaration should be
pasted along its right-hand margin so that it will face the petition to
which it relates. This notice is pasted to illustrate the method to be fol-
lowed. This will bring the descriptive matter of both papers before the eye
when the book is opened.
The reverse side of the petition has been changed so as to admit of a
complete record being made of all actions which the court may take, as well
as to provide a space for the entry of marriages and births occurring between
the dates of petition and naturalization.
