the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,
Emminist Di Leee,

a native of Italy,
and a subject
of the King of Italy,

residing at no. 607 Poplar St. in the City of
Philadelphia and State of Pennsylvania, aged 22 -
years:
who, being duly sworn according to law, declares and says-
That it is bona fide his intention to become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce
forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty,
and
particularly to the King of Italy,
of whom he is now a outpest
In Teatimony mabereof,
subscribed
my name, and affixed the Seal of said Court, at Philadelphe
this 11 n. - day of
A. D. 190 3,
