County of San Joaquin.
BE IT REMEMBERED, that on the 5th day of November
A. D. 1904., before me, Eugene D. Graham, Clerk of the Supprior Court
of said County, personally appeared Michael Chick a native. of
Hungary Austria, now rediding at Stockton, aged 32 years. or there-
abouts, who,being duly sworn according to law, declares and says
that it Bona Fide, his intention to become a citizen of the
United States, and to renounce forever, all allegiance and fidelity
to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
particularly to the King of Austria.
Sworn to and subscribed before me the
day and year aforesaid.

I, Eugene D. Graham, County Clerk and ex-officio
Clerk of the Superior Court, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a
full, true and correct copy of the original, Declaration paper of
Michael Chick, on file in my office, and that I have compared
the same with the original.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the seal of the Superior Court. this 28th day of May. A. D. 1909
