it Remembered, That on the 224th An day of June
appeared the year of our Lord marris one thousand nine hundred Rozinsky and form
in personally
in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, First Judicial District, (said
Court being a Court of Record, having common law jurisdiction, a Clerk and a Seal,) and
made his Declaration of Intention to become a Citizen of the United States of America
in the words following, to wit:
"I,
do declare on oath, my United
Morris that it is bona fide Intention Roginsky to Decome a Citizen of the
States of America, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any
foreign Prince, Potentate, State or, Soryreignty whateyer, and particularly to the
Emperor of
Russig
of whom I am now a subject (and that I arrived in the United States on the
25th day of July 1902 )."
