at Stoughton, in said County of Norfolk.
RESPECTIUULLY represents Frank Linkey
of
strughton in said Courty Russia of Norfolk,
by occupation a
an alien, that he was born in
on or about
the 25th sifty day of two Sanary
in the year of our Lord
one thousand eight hundred and and is now about
40
years of age that he arrived at New Mork laily
in the State of
New York
in the United States of America, on or about the
13th
one thousand eight hundred and minety alone ; that it then was, and still is, his
day of February
in the year of our Lord
bona fide intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce forever
all allegiance and fidelity to foreign Prince, State, Potentate and Sovereignty whatsoever, - more
especially to Seventit UNITED Krngpom OF
HREAND,
Micholas II bear of Russia
whose subject he has heretofore been. He therefore prays that this, his Declaration and Inten-
tion, may become a record of this Honorable Court, agreeably to the laws in such case made and
provided. Dated at Stoughton aforesaid,
