I have the honor to request you to date, sign, and return this notice
to take depositions in accordance with the terms of Section 10 of the act
of June 29, 1906. of Charles Millerburg, Boarding House, 357 E. 9th Street,
st. Paul. Minnesota, and Louis Magnuson, Laborer, 104 Phalen Creek, St. Pául
Minnesota, before F. E. Baker, Notary Public, 22 East 4th Street, St. Paul.
Minnesota, at the-hour of 2:00 P.M., Saturday, April 13, 1912,
to prove. the residence of Gustav Albin Halgren, from Jan.24,1907 to Sept.7,1
whose petition for naturalization No. 1525, was filed in the
Superior Court, Los Angeles, California, on January 24, 1912.
