office this notice to take depositions in accordance with the terms ef
Section 10 of the act of June 29. 1906, of Fabian Borger, 715 Prospect
Av., and Paul Berger, adv. agent, 401 E. 9lst St., both of New Tork.
Y., before Wm. M. Cahill, Notary Public, 5 Beekman St. New York, 272
at 4:30 p. m., Tuesday, June 17, 1913,
to prove the residence of Max Berger (Feb. 28, 1908-Feb. 12, 1910),
whose petition for naturalization No. 2140 vas filed in the Superior
Court, Los Angeles, Califomia, March 28, 1913.
