ORDER OF COURT TO WITHDRAW DECLARATION OF INTENTION.
It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that Petition
#1959, in the name of Risto Petrov Radich, filed in the Superior
Court, State of California, in and for Los Angeles County, on Nov. 16,
1912, was dismissed, without prejudice, for failure to prosecute, and
that Mr. Radioh, who now resides in Imperial Valley, desires to file
a Petition in the District Court of the United States, at Los Angeles,
Cal, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Declaration of Intention be
withdrawn and returned to the Petitioner ta enable him to refile as
aforesaid.
