I have the honor to request you to date, sign, and return this notice
to take depositions. in accordance with the terms of Section 10 of the act
of June 29, 1906. of Louis S. Oates. mine supt. and manager, and Chma. Kinney.
master mechanic. both of ma. Arisona. to be taken by G. o. Nolan. Notary
Public. Rey. Arisona. on Thureday, October 20, 1912,
to prove the residence of walter A. Ashorof's from Oct. 19, 1910, to June 30. 1911,
whose petition for naturalization No. 1838 was filed in the Superior Court.
