I have the honor to request you sign, and return this notice
to take depositions in accordance terms of Section 10 of the act
of June 29, 1906. of Harris P. Tray, clerk, and Davis Hatch, Jr., clerk,
both of Room 201, 79 Milk Street, Boston, Massachusetts, before william A.
Hagen, 2nd, Esq., Post Office Building, Boston, Massachusetts, at 10 A. M.,
Tuesday, November 5, 1912,
to prove the residence of W. A. Ashoroft from July 30,1907. to Oct.19,1910,
whose petition for naturalization No. 1838 was filed in the Superior
Gourt, Los Angeles, California, July 30, 1912.
