Be it Remembered, That before the Prothonotary of the Courts of
Commion Pleas for the County of Philadelphia, on the
3md
day of
July
in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred
and
personally appeared Savid miller
who upon his solemn oath did depose and say, that he is a Native of
washinglo to
RUSSIA. now residing in the City of Philadelplicia, aged
22 years, or thereabouts, and that it is BONA FIDE his intention to
become a Citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and
fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and
particularly to the Czar of Russia,
of whom he is now a subject.
an Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the seal of the said Courts, this 3pm day
of July
in the year one thousand nine
hundred and fine (1905).
