Sir:
I have the honor to request you to date, sign, and return to this
office this notice to take depositions in accordance with the terme of
Section 10 of the act of June 29, 1906, of John Pistore, Laborer,
Hobbell St. and Rocee Peretta, Banker, 39 Kessuth Ave., both in Utica,
New York, before Mr. John T. Buckley, Notary Public, County Court House,
Utica, New York, at 10:00 1. M. on April 27, 1914.
to prove the residence of Nicholas Massafra from Jan.10, 09, to Dec. 8, 09,
whose petition for naturalization No. 3032 was filed in the Superier
Court, Los Angeles, Cal. Feb. 10, 1914.
