MEMORANDUM FOR MR. HENRY A. KISSINGER
THE WHITE HOUSE
Subject: Draft Reply from the President to
Letter from Prime Minister Trudeau
Attached is a draft acknowledgment which the
President may wish to send in response to Canadian
Prime Minister Trudeau's recent letter following
Premier Kosygin's visit to Canada.
The cabled text of the letter was forwarded
to you by my memorandum of November 6. The signed
original has now been received and is attached.
