K asked S about status of China paper/Warsaw talks. K said he had
talked with State this morning and again this afternoon. K asked
about S giving him a paper o S said he had sent him a note on
Saturday, outlining in broad terms the objectives involved and giving
him background.
K asked whether S needed a China man and S said yes - K said to
go ahead and get one.
