"Bob" asked if our people had made up a staff list of who is going
on the trip--he - - asked if 20 first-class seats on the President's
plane would be sufficient for all who have to be on #1 plane--to
include SecState and his people. HAK thought this was probably
enough, unless he notifies him to the contrary.
HAK asked Bob if he gets daily materials he leaves in the morning --
ones in the manila folders. Bob said they are returned directly to HAK.
HAK said he should see them if they are marked up.
