Mrs. L congratulated HAK on his appt and said how lucky
the President is to have him. Mrs. L said she is coming to see
Secretary of State on Tuesday, Feb 11 re the UNESCO job and
would like to see HAK while she is here. Meeting with HAK set
for 12:30. Mrs. L asked AAK's advice re sending memo to
SecState beforehand re UNESCO job and he advised her that it would
be a good idea.
