Re Peru incident:
HAK asked Vaky to give him a list of what is in the pipeline on sales
and grants in the military field, and a scenario of how we would
handle a possible emissary. HAK said P was thinking of sending
Murphy. HAK asked if Vaky could do this by 3:00 pm, and Vaky
said he would try.
