TELCON Secy Rogers Mr. Kissinger 3-18-69 9:50 AM R said he has not heard any reports yet re breakfast plan. K said he would send over a report and asked how to get it to Rogers SO only he would see it. R said to send directly to his office, by hand to his secretary. K said Helms finally concurred with the assess- ment. He checked it out with Abrams and they finally came up with an agreed position on Sunday morning.
