Lucet checked with HAK about Debre and his visit to Washington.
Debre is arriving in Washington Tuesday evening (Apr. 8).
He has an appointment with the Secy of State at 3:30 pm on April 9.
HAK told Lucet we would let Lucet know later today about a time for
Debre, since he was very anxious to see him. (HAK later buzzed
and said to set aside an hour for him with Debre, preferably on the 9th,
and let Lucet know. )
Lucet also mentioned that Debre would also like
,
if possible, to see the President for a few minutes. HAK said, "Let
me see what can be done. it
Lucet said he noted in the papers that HAK was leaving for Frorida.
HAK asked if it was already in the papers or did Lucet have spies in
the WH.
