P said he wanted to check with K on this paper on NSSM 3. P said he has gone
over
it and it looks like pretty good presentation on whole study. P thought it would
be better if K presented as his summary rather than run it back through
the Commitee again. K said that is what he is trying to avoid - if K says
Kxxgxxxx that P agrees with this as summary, it is better.
K said he would like to make it a joint thing without committing P to
every word. P said he agrees with xix it himself - P is against running it
back through the committee. K said why don't we say that he and P
agree
and summary can serve as basis for our discussion.
K said as long as P gives K the right to say that he has gone over it with P,
K can put it out. P said he thinks it would be better if K puts it out.
P said K can say that P has read through it and kixox thinks it is a good
job. K said he wants to say that P has gone over it with K and
P feels it can serve as basis. K said he would draft a text of what he puts out
and send it over to check out with P's office. K said he can see why P
as Chairman does not want to put out his own summary.
