Richardson wanted to know how the trip went. HAK and he decided
to have a meeting after the NSC meeting on Friday to discuss it.
Richardson received a memo from John Walsh saying that the
President didn't want any discussion on the troop withdrawals.
R was a bit confused by this. HAK explained that it meant no
discussion on further withdrawals. The initial withdrawal
announcement WX could be discussed along the lines the President,
and Secretary Rogers announced.
