Mr. Kissinger
9/23/69, 6:50 p. m.
Dobrynin said I have not seen you for years. I have something to do
at the Embassy on Saturday and Sunday -- could I see you for a few
minutes if it is convenient for you. D said maybe on Friday. K said
I am going to Camp David on Friday but will be back Saturday after-
noon -- I can see you Saturday afternoon. D asked if K had a specific
time. K said he didn't know when he would arrive back but say
tentatively 3:00 on Saturday. K asked D if he had anything specific
he wanted to discuss. D said just several things. K said he would
call D when he arrived back from Camp David. D said he would
await K's call xtex after 2:00 p. m.
