K said in his capacity as Field Marshall, can he make one other request.
In connection with the meeting in the President's EOB office on Saturday,
he would like a three-day retaliatory package, separate from the other
operation -- something we would do primarily to concentrate on military
objectives. K reminded Wheeler of something he had earlier in the
Administration. -- like, what would happen if casualties came up.
K said he would talk to Robbie (Capt. Robinson) about it since Laird was
at a football game. Wheeler understood what K was talking about and
said there would be no problem.
