Doty suggested that if K's schedule would permit it, he may wish to
meet with 3 or 4 people on the Strategic Panel on PISAC(?). They
are having their meetings on Tue. Nov. 18, Wed. and Thurs.
K said he would see if he could.
Doty said that Rathjens was in Washington today with paper. Things
are really screwed up because of Strategic Panel which has had almost
no output from Lee DuBridge. The panel feels unased. There is
no one has to test DOD against.
Doty said he would be down on Thrusday and Friday and would like
to see K. K said he would like to see Doty.
