K wanted to check with W on the Congressional briefing tomorrow; asked
if W was going to be there. W said yes. K wanted to ask for whatever
help W can give to make it look as good as possible. W said he would do
his best. K said when we talk about nuclear things, W could refer to the
consultation provision in the communique. W said he would. K said he
knew this was unnecessary, but he was just touching all bases. W under-
stood.
