Take environment -- its of some use but over period of time communities

issue. Then there's not enought for survival. That's what bothers me.
K: I called Pachman and Laird and its better for you to save 40 million then
for Laird to make grand-stand play. Very helpful.
President: Purpose of the NSC -- short and brief -- only on ABM. We can
give them marching orders. You are getting out the memo?
K: Yes. I mentioned the Finney article and made it very strong. That will
calm Dubridge down for about 6 months.
President: Maybe we are not being tough enough on control of national
security.
K: It was an unfair article because the military had agreed. Durbridge is
against military. Helms felt it compromised his intelligence operation.
