A: I am going to write a column on Israeli decision the President has to
make. Will there be anything in the new message?
K: I don't think so. There's a discussion of the Middle East but nothing
that will give you a clue.
A: When will we here?
K: In 3 - 4 weeks.
A: I thought he said 30 days.
K: I don't avant to make a statement
A: The time has comexix where he makes a statement that shows he hasn't
been intimidated by the situation over there. That's what I thinkx will
write but it's premature to xxg write about it.
K: I think it is.
A: Maybe you and I can talk about it Wed.
K: Why don't we do that. I would recommend that.
A: Anything startling in the foreign policy report?
K: It's the first attempted and I think it whows a coherent philosophy.
A: Could you send me a copy on that now ? Right out?
K:
I can tell you there are three hot news items in there. Its scope and
philosophy are important. A

is Wed. noon.
