decision with respect to 2, 3 and 4 on long provisions until my memo.
R: I talked to Vaky yesterday.
K: But recommendation 1 & 5 of your Feb. memo is approved. I failed you
by only 24 hours.
R: There were a few things on the list to mention to you tomorrow that I am
mentioning to Eliot to take up with Haig.
K: Good.
