K: I am calling you to make sure that the naval movements we discussed
are being made.
V: We sent a message on it as soon as we got back.
K: And the military orders are still being followed?
V: As a matter of fact thi S went out without reference to anyone else. We
told him to come back in with his plan to do this and then we would give
order to execute.
K: Make sure it is done in the next 24 hours. We have authorized, for
your information, that operation we discussed today. I am calling a meeting
for tomorrow on it.
V: We are moving ahead in that area.
K: When will you be ready to go?
V: I talked to the Chief of Staff -- temporary setback -- lack of commit-
ment.
K: Nonsense, you will get it. It may be in an ambiguous way, but you will
get it. Can it be implemented over the weekend?
V: I don't want to make any promises
K: Let's shoot for that.
