K: I haven't seen them yet.
L: I will bring the maps. I can take up to division strength. Some of our
tactical stuff doesn/t bare out what Reeves is saying. Do you think I can
talk about the 52's?
K: No, not in this forum. We deal only with you on that.
L: I want to bring Moorer with me.
K: Sure but not Packard.
L: He is acting Chairman. Bux is in the hospital.
K: We want him there. You know the basic orientation of the President.
L: I will try to get over a few minutes before hand fxxx if I can get rid of the
Vice Premier. How do we get option D presented in Vienna.
K: Haven't they done it yet?
L: Just one paragraph. It strengthens us to have it before them at the same
time.
K: I will see that it's done. I couldn't agree more. They are suicidal.

I. Letme put in through Geo. Tucker a suggestion that in tomorrow's session they
put in a paragraph that on toxax Monday they will put in a paragraph on reduction.
K: OK.
L: On Monday we will press this. Smith's statement for tomorrow is good but
it
doesn't direct itself to the proposal. I will go through Gardner instead of
escalating between you and Farly.
K: Fine.
